1. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Project data: customer briefs, uploaded logos and reference images, generated concepts, and revisions.
• Usage data: generation counts, feature usage, and basic technical logs.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate Zabbra and provide the features you request.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• To improve product quality, including reviewing aggregated usage and beta feedback.
• To communicate important service updates.

3. AI Processing

Concept generation and refinement send your prompts and selected assets to AI model providers acting as processors. We do not sell your content.

4. Storage & Security

Data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and during beta you should maintain your own backups of important assets.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate Zabbra (hosting, authentication, AI inference), or when required by law.

6. Your Choices

• You can delete projects and uploaded files from within the app.
• You may request account deletion by contacting the Zabbra team.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable.
