Art Only and Merch use the same underlying artwork-first concept system, although Merch may include additional product-related information.
Usage Information

- projects created
- concepts generated
- concepts selected
- features used
- refinement activity
- Adapt for a Product activity
- presentations created
- vector creation
- upgrade interactions
- subscription activity
- feature limits and usage counts

Billing Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Zabbra does not need to store full credit or debit card numbers.
We may receive information from Stripe such as:
- Stripe customer identifiers
- subscription plan

- Business seat quantity

3. Concept and Product Usage Data
Zabbra may analyze project and concept activity to understand how users interact with the platform.

- industries selected
- products selected
- Art Only versus Merch usage
- concept selections
- refinements
- versions
- product adaptations
- product previews
- presentations
- vector creation
- other feature interactions
Zabbra may use this information to improve the service, understand product performance, develop features, and evaluate user workflows.
4. AI and Automated Processing
Zabbra uses third-party AI and technology providers to support concept generation, artwork refinement, image processing, background processing, vectorization, and related functionality.
Project instructions and selected assets may be transmitted to those providers when necessary to perform requested services.
Zabbra does not sell user artwork or project content.
5. User Content
Users retain ownership of the materials they upload to Zabbra.
As between Zabbra and the user, Zabbra does not claim ownership of the user's generated artwork, concepts, presentations, or vector outputs.
Zabbra processes user content as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the service as described in this Policy and the Terms of Service.
6. Data Sharing
We may share information with service providers necessary to operate Zabbra, including providers supporting:
- hosting and databases
- authentication
- payment processing
- artificial intelligence
- image processing
- vectorization
- email and communications
- analytics
- security and fraud prevention
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Zabbra, its users, or others.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Storage and Security
Zabbra uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information.
No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Users should retain copies of important source materials and production assets when appropriate.

- provide Zabbra

Users may delete certain projects and uploaded files using available Zabbra controls.
Users may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting Zabbra.
Some billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of personal information.

Zabbra may use cookies and similar technologies to:
