Welcome to Zabbra. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Zabbra.

1. The Service

Zabbra provides AI-assisted tools for generating, refining, and presenting merchandise and artwork concepts. Features and availability may change at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use Zabbra to infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of logos, files, and artwork you upload or create through Zabbra, subject to applicable intellectual property laws. You grant Zabbra a limited license to process your content solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. Zabbra will not claim ownership of your content.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or resemble existing works. Zabbra does not guarantee originality, trademark availability, or production suitability.

5. Review Before Commercial Use

AI-generated concepts may resemble existing designs or contain elements unsuitable for production. You are responsible for reviewing every concept for trademark, copyright, licensing, and production suitability before any commercial use.

6. Plans & Limits

Free and paid tiers have usage limits that may change. Reaching a limit prevents new generations until the next period or an upgrade, but does not affect previously created content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Zabbra at any time.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Zabbra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable.
